Atari Property Management is a family-run business serving Southeast Wisconsin with a focus on the Milwaukee rental market. We offer a personalized, hands-on approach to property management, providing 24/7 maintenance coordination, rigorous tenant screening, transparent financial reporting, and proactive lease enforcement. Our partnership with AppFolio allows us to offer a user-friendly online platform where owners and tenants can access real-time information and communicate directly.


Our diverse portfolio includes single-family homes, duplexes, multi-unit apartment buildings, and commercial properties. We understand the unique needs of both residential and commercial tenants and are equipped to maintain each property’s character while ensuring comfort, functionality, and long-term value. For Property Owners:

  • What services do you provide?

    We handle everything from tenant placement and rent collection to maintenance coordination, inspections, and financial reporting.

  • How do you screen tenants?

    We conduct background checks, credit reports, income verification, and rental history checks to ensure qualified applicants.

  • How is maintenance handled?

    We have a 24/7 maintenance system and work with vetted, cost-effective vendors. Emergencies are prioritized.

  • What are your management fees?

    Our typical rate is 10%, but this can vary based on property size and portfolio. We also offer bulk discounts.

  • What types of properties do you manage?

    We manage residential and small commercial properties. We do not manage industrial spaces.

  • Do you manage student housing?

    Yes. We specialize in managing student housing near UWM for private owners—not for the school.

For Tenants:

  • How do I pay my rent?

    You can pay online through your tenant portal via bank transfer, debit, or credit card.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Log in into your portal and click “Submit Maintenance Request.” For emergencies, call us directly.

  • How do I set up my tenant portal?

    We'll send you an activation link once you're onboarded. If you haven’t received it, contact us.

  • Can I make changes to the property (paint, install fixtures)?

    No modifications without written approval. Please contact us before making any changes.

  • What utilities am I responsible for?

    Each lease varies. Refer to your lease agreement or contact us for clarification.

We’re overseeing a full remodel of this duplex, starting with ripping out all the old flooring and giving the entire interior a fresh coat of paint. Both units are getting brand-new floors, modern kitchen cabinets, updated bathrooms, and upgraded finishes throughout. This project is all about maximizing comfort, functionality, and long-term value.

Longview Project

We're managing a full gut remodel on this property from top to bottom. The project includes a complete kitchen transformation, fully updated bathrooms, new flooring, electrical, plumbing, and more. We're stripping everything down to the studs and rebuilding with quality materials and modern finishes to bring this home back to life. (Still Under Remodel)

Vel R. Phillips Remodel

We recently completed a full remodel of this duplex, transforming it from top to bottom. The project included brand-new flooring throughout, fully updated kitchens and bathrooms, all-new plumbing, and energy-efficient windows.
